Legacy Fitness Tracker ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
By using Legacy Fitness Tracker, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. This is used solely to authenticate you and sync your data across devices.
Fitness and workout data
We collect the fitness data you enter into the app, including:
This data is stored in your account so you can access it across devices and sessions.
Local storage
The app stores session tokens and user preferences locally on your device using encrypted storage (AsyncStorage / SecureStore). This allows the app to function without requiring you to sign in on every launch.
Notification preferences
If you enable notifications, we store your notification preferences locally and on your account. We do not use notifications to send marketing messages — they are used only for features you explicitly opt into (e.g., workout reminders).
Usage data
We may collect anonymised, aggregated data about how the app is used (e.g., which features are accessed) to improve the product. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Legacy Fitness Tracker uses the following third-party services to operate:
Supabase
We use Supabase for authentication and cloud database storage. Your account credentials and fitness data are stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant. See supabase.com/privacy for their privacy policy.
Apple App Store / In-App Purchases
If you purchase a Legacy Fitness Tracker subscription, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive a confirmation of your subscription status but do not receive your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles purchase data.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
Anonymised usage data may be retained in aggregate form after account deletion as it cannot be tied to any individual.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Legacy Fitness Tracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
